As we approach the close of the school year, we can look back and acknowledge the many achievements of the school over the past 12 months and see how the hard work and support of everyone has helped in moving Norton C.P. forward for the benefit of every pupil.

Year 5 joined 'Wolf' for what was meant to be a night away camping and surviving in the wild. The weather got too wild for the second day with torrential rain washing through the campsite. Nevertheless a good time was had by many.
We were delighted to welcome the famous author to our school.
In February 2016 our Maths Team ran a workshop for parents about the way maths is taught in school.
Everyone made and flew a kite for Chinese New Year. It was great fun!

Our Eco Council learns about the environment and about how our school can help.
Our School Council is made up of pupils elected by their peers. They discuss issues that concern the school and the wider community.
Metacognition is thinking about thinking and the process of learning.
All our children wear school uniform and, to make it super-easy to buy the correct items, we have an on-line uniform shop.
