A team of Norton children took part in an Inclusive Swimming event at York Sport Village on Wednesday 16th April. The competition included 10 different thrilling races with all athletes competing in 2 races, an individual race and a team relay.
The first two races of the day were the Boys and Girls 25m Breaststroke. Next up was the Boys and Girls 25m Freestyle Inclusion race, this particular pathway is designed to encourage the inclusion of all swimmers with varying disabilities and swimmers were able to choose their own stroke.
