Gifts for Rivermead Residents

Today we visited Rivermead Care Home again to give out the presents and cards we had made for the residents. The residents absolutely loved receiving their gifts and were all very grateful that we had thought of them.

Barbara and Chas particularly liked their new pot plants as they are keen gardeners. Chas even has his own greenhouse at the care home!

He showed us what he has been working on lately, including his growing collection of equipment which has been kindly donated. Sue remembered lots of us from the last time we visited, and she was really pleased to see us again. We were even given juice and biscuits as a special treat to say thank you. It was lovely to see the residents again. We hope they all have a lovely Christmas and a Happy New Year!
