Reading

Good books and other high quality texts are embedded within our EYFS Curriculum. They are available across the learning environment in order to inspire and engage the children. We promote a love of reading with inviting reading areas and exciting storytelling sessions.

We have also developed a ‘Repeated Text Library’ These are the books we will read again and again. We will retell them, learn them and love them! The texts have been specifically chosen because they have rich vocabulary, are written by a famous author or have an important message. To find out more click on the links at the bottom of the page.
