The form available here is the statutory form required by North Yorkshire County Council for requesting authorised absence during term time. Read and complete the form only if you are sure that your child’s planned absence meets the conditions described.

Key Stage Two SATS will take place the week beginning Monday 10^th May 2021. It is essential that your child is in school during this week as there will be no other opportunity for them to take the tests. Please ensure that you avoid taking a family holiday in or around this very important time.
