There are mixed emotions in the dorms this morning. Some children are saying they are sad to leave but also happy because they'll be seeing their families again. We have one final activity for everyone to do.
We took our last minibus ride out to Falling Foss, where East Barnby have part of the wood they can use for bushcraft activities.
We had a go at shelter building. Each group made a shelter and then presented it to everyone. This involved pointing out all the great features and setting a price in woodland currency (leaves, pine cones, etc.).
One even had an original Ashton nature sculpture - the envy of all its neighbours.
