Road Safety Week

The week began with an assembly from PC Amber Cannon who taught us lots of ‘top tips’ for crossing the road safely. Throughout the week each class took part in a Road Safety walk around Norton, during which we were all able to spot potential dangers on the road and discuss ways to avoid them and to stay safe around roads.

Foundation Stage took part in NCPS’s first ever ‘Beep Beep! Day’ this year. The children enjoyed doing lots of art and craft activities and worked on learning rules for crossing the road safely, such as holding hands with an adult.
