Yorvik

On Thursday 23rd January, Year 6 visited the Jorvik and DIG centres in York to learn more about the Vikings.

Our action-packed day involved observing actual Viking artefacts, taking part in an archaeological dig and learning about Viking weapons and battle tactics.

We learned lots of interesting facts and particularly enjoyed acting out a Viking battle!
