Year 5 and 6 children took part in an inter-school swimming gala we organised at the Derwent Pool.

Year 6 sent three teams to a sports tournament against seven other local schools.

Year 6 children took part in a Tag Rugby Tournament at Norton College.

Some Year 6 children took part in an Indoor Multi-Sport Festival Lady Lumley’s School.

Year 4 took part in their first Interhouse Tournament. They showed super maturity and got on with the competitive games in exactly the right spirit.

The annual Year 6 Andrew Williamson Trophy took place at Langton Road. We are always delighted to host Mr and Mrs Williamson who sponsor the tournament and provide the trophy and awards for every player in the final.

Norton Community Sports Centre hosted a quadruple hoop sports tournment for local primary schools. Netball and basketball each featured two tournaments for A and B teams.

Both our girls teams put in some fantastic performances against 8 different local schools. The B team did really well to finish 4th and the A team were crowned champions, putting them through to the County Finals - to be held in York in January.

A highly competitive rugby tournament at Norton College, saw our A team finishing in 3rd place, whilst our B team made it to the final and finished runners up.

Well done to all the children who qualified to compete in the Cross Country Finals at Lady Lumley’s School. All put in exceptional individual efforts on a gruelling course!

Malton & Rugby Club hosted a brilliant afternoon of rugby, introducing children to lots of different skills, games and activities based around the fantastic game!

We hosted our annual netball tournament this year at Norton College. Well done to all the teams that took part and congratulations to the Norton Wasps - who won the tournament.

We took 4 teams to the Malton Community Sport Centre football tournament. All the children had a fantastic afternoon with both the boys A and Girls A team winning their tournaments.
